Unfortunately, we do not currently have the ability to include a personalized gift message with a live plant order.
There is an option to send an electronic card with all e-gift card orders, which can be personalized. To send an electronic greeting card to the recipient along with a gift card just select the "send as a gift" option on the gift card product description page.
