Do your plants come with a guarantee?

Yes! We guarantee our plants for 365 days after they are delivered and we provide assistance or replace plant as needed to guarantee your satisfaction.

If your plants do not arrive as expected or you have any concerns about a plant that you received from us please email our customer care team at orders@gardenforwildlife.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • The name of the plant
  • A photo of the plant
  • A description of the problem
  • Your order number
