How can I get a replacement for a plant that has died?

We guarantee our plants for 365 days after they are delivered. If your plant dies within the guarantee period, email our customer care team at orders@gardenforwildlife.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • The name of the plant
  • A photo of the plant
  • A description of the problem
  • Your order number
