Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the order confirmation email that you received immediately after placing your order. The email was sent from orders@gardenforwildlife.com.
What's covered under the replacement policy?
As part of our 365-Day Plant Guarantee, we will provide assistance with advice or a replacement plant as needed to guarantee your satisfaction–for up to 365 days from your date of purchase.

Can I get another replacement if there is an issue with the replacement order?
Our guarantee covers only the original plant purchase and does not extend to replacement plants.

How long will it take to receive my replacement order?
Our Customer Care team will review your replacement order request in the order that it was received and reach out if additional information is required. Once approved, your replacement order will be processed and shipped according to the current shipping timeframes for that plant.
