What if the plants arrive damaged or someone has questions about the product?
Native plants are amazingly resilient. Depending on the season, you might receive a plant that looks dead or damaged, usually itβs just waiting for some new soil, sunshine, and water so it can thrive. Patience is key! However, Garden for Wildlife guarantees the plants it sells for up to one year. If your customers have questions, have them reach out directly to Garden for Wildlife customer service at info@gardenforwildlife.com or visit the website at https://gardenforwildlife.com/pages/help.
What happens if someone orders plants in the winter?
Live plant delivery takes place during certain periods of the year β generally April through October. However, this is dependent on geographic areas. The Garden for Wildlife website will indicate approximate shipping dates when orders are placed in the βoff season.β
